Storyline
The film is set in 1998, when Parthiban is a mild-mannered cafe owner in Shimla, who lives a happy life with his wife Sathya and two children. One night, a gang of contract killers enter the town and create havoc, and attack Parthiban’s cafe. Parthiban fends off the attackers and kills them all, saving his daughter and employee. The incident gains media attention and Parthiban becomes a hero in the town. However, he also attracts the attention of a drug cartel, who claim that he was once a part of them. Antony Das, a menacing gangster and the leader of the cartel, travels to Shimla and confronts Parthiban, calling him Leo Das, his younger brother who was presumed dead many years ago. Parthiban denies being Leo and says that he could be his lookalike. Antony tries to harass and intimidate Parthiban and his family, but Parthiban stands up to him. Antony then kidnaps Parthiban’s son and threatens to kill him unless Parthiban admits that he is Leo. Parthiban agrees to go with Antony to save his son, but secretly contacts Agent Vikram, a CBI officer who has been tracking Antony for a long time. Vikram tells Parthiban that he knows his true identity and that he can help him escape from Antony. Parthiban reveals that he was indeed Leo Das, a former hitman for Antony, who betrayed him and faked his death after falling in love with Sathya, a witness to one of his crimes. He then assumed the identity of Parthiban, a cafe owner who died in a car accident, and started a new life in Shimla. Parthiban also tells Vikram that Antony is planning to assassinate Dhaksyayani, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, who is visiting Shimla for a political rally. Parthiban agrees to help Vikram stop Antony and save his family. Parthiban, along with Vikram and his team, infiltrate Antony’s hideout and rescue his son. Parthiban then confronts Antony and his elder brother Harold Das, another gangster who was behind the attack on his cafe.
